Sign Sales & Purchase Contract with home builder.
Apply for first mortgage loan at bank or mortgage company and for Park DuValle second mortgage incentive.
Builder receives approval to build your home: construction begins.
Finalize your loan and update financial documents.
You may hire a home inspector to check home after completion.
Pre-Closing walkthrough with builder and LREDC staff.
